Order Processing Times:

Allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed & Shipped not including weekends & holidays.

Shipping:

In the event of any lost or stolen packages after it has been shipped out, you will need to contact your local USPA/UPS. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. Before processing your order(s) always verify your shipping address before completing ALL your order(s), please note not all packages with invalid address are shipped back to us. If any packages are returned undeliverable an additional shipping cost will be charged to re-ship your item(s).
